During November we have two prominent ruts (mating season) ongoing. Mule Deer and Big Horn Sheep are fighting for the right to breed and as a result they're both very active this time of year. Any photo tours in November can expect to see sighting of one of both of these species depending on the area your tour is focused. Elk are winding down their breeding activities and as such we should be seeing bachelor groups of bull separating from group of cows and calves with a fe
