Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellation Policy:

Guests must cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduled tours do not have a cancellation fee. If a tour is unavailable due to park closure, road closure, or other circumstance, Good Bull Guided Tours reserves the right to substitute another tour in its place or reschedule the tour at their discretion.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations Received 90 Days or More Before Workshop Start Date -

Guests will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.

 

- Cancellations Received Less Than 90 Days Before Workshop Start Date -

Guests will receive a 50% refund of the full workshop price if their place on the workshop is able to be filled. If your place on the tour is unable to be filled no refund will be provided. 

 

If a workshop is unavailable due to area closure, road closure, or other circumstance, Good Bull Guided Tours reserves the right to substitute another workshop/location in its place or reschedule the workshop at their discretion.

 

"No Show" Policy:

If you're on a tour we will depart not later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Failure to arrive by that time will be considered a last minute cancellation (per our cancellation policy above) and no refund will be issued for missing the tour.

 

If you're on a private tour and you miss the start time we will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If we haven't heard from you we will consider it a last minute cancellation and no refund will be issued for missing the tour. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we know you will be late we may, at our discretion, wait at the pickup location until you arrive and continue the tour as if it had started on time with the end time for that session unchanged.
