Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellation Policy:

Guests must cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduled tours do not have a cancellation fee. If a tour is unavailable due to park closure, road closure, or other circumstance, Good Bull Guided Tours reserves the right to substitute another tour in its place or reschedule the tour at their discretion.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Guests must cancel 30 days prior to workshop beginning date/time in order to receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation received between 30 days and 15 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund of their full workshop fee. Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to the workshop date/time will receive no refund.  We do offer the ability to purchase booking protection during the checkout process and encourage you to consider that if you are worried you may need to cancel. If a tour is unavailable due to area closure, road closure, or other circumstance, Good Bull Guided Tours reserves the right to substitute another tour in its place or reschedule the tour at their discretion.
